Please be mindful that Spring, Summer, and Holidays are our highest peak times! We want to take care of all the fur babies, and to do so, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of scheduling changes during these busy seasons, as well as other clients who may be waiting for care. A late cancellation is often a missed opportunity for another pet in need of services.

Life is unpredictable, and Kristal’s Paws and Cuddles, Ltd. strives to offer a flexible and understanding cancellation policy. Clients may cancel reservations at any time; however, the following cancellation fees apply based on timing:

• Non-holiday services cancelled 3–7 days before the scheduled start time may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Non-holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Non-holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 5 days before the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Overnight Stays cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled start time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Holiday Overnight Stays cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Holiday Overnight Stays cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled start time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Additionally, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes to pet care. Once pet care begins, payment is due for the original dates scheduled.

NOTE: There are no cancellation fees for dog walking clients if you cancel before 8:00 AM on the day of your visit. That is one of the benefits of being on our daily schedule. We understand that last-minute changes happen! If you’ve paid in advance, the walk will be rescheduled for another day.
