🐾 New Client Reservation Deposit Policy🐾

Effective September 1, 2025

 

At Kristal’s Paws and Cuddles, Ltd., I am committed to providing reliable, attentive care to every pet. To manage scheduling fairly and ensure availability, I require a non-refundable deposit from all new clients to confirm a reservation.

Deposit Structure:

• For bookings under $150, a flat deposit of $35 is required

• For bookings $150 or more, a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required

Deposit Terms:

• The deposit must be submitted within 48 hours of booking confirmation to hold your reservation

• If the deposit is not received within that time, the requested dates will be released

• Deposits are non-refundable, however:

  • If canceled more than 7 days in advance, the deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 3 months

  • If canceled within 7 days of the service start date, the deposit is forfeited.

 

This policy applies only to new clients and takes effect on September 1, 2025.
