Meet and Greet

All new clients are required to schedule a Meet & Greet before services are booked.

The first Meet & Greet is complimentary and gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet(s), review care routines, discuss home access, and ensure we’re a great fit.

Meet & Greets typically last 30–45 minutes.

Additional Meet & Greets

Any Meet & Greets requested after the initial complimentary visit are $25.
This may apply when:

• Adding a new pet

• Moving to a new home

• Updating care routines or procedures

• Returning after an extended break in services

Paperwork

All required forms, which will be emailed to you, must be completed and returned prior to or at the time of the Meet & Greet, including:

• Pet Intake Form

• Service Agreement & Veterinary Release

 

Booking After the Meet & Greet

Once the Meet & Greet is complete and services are approved:

• Visit details, pricing, and scheduling will be finalized

• Any required reservation deposit will be collected

• Services will be officially confirmed via email.
