Key Pick-Up & Return Policy

To provide safe and reliable pet sitting services, here is I manage key access:

Key Pick-Up or Drop-Off (After Meet & Greet)

• If your key is not provided during the initial Meet & Greet, or you choose not to keep a key on file, an additional trip will be required to collect or return your key.

• A $10 fee applies for each visit if your home is located more than 5 miles from Kristal’s Paws and Cuddles (KPAC).

• This fee covers extra travel time and mileage.

 

Keeping a Key on File (Recommended)

• Clients are encouraged to leave a key with us for future visits.

• Keys are labeled anonymously and stored securely at our office.

• Your identity and address are protected in the unlikely event of loss or theft.

• Keeping a key on file helps you avoid extra fees and ensures smooth access for future services.

 

Alternative Access Methods

• Lockbox with code

• Garage door code

• Hidden key

 

**Important Information

• We do not leave keys inside your home or lock them inside after the last visit.

• If you do not provide a key at the initial consultation, please arrange a separate pick-up or return appointment.
